“ישראל הנסיונית” הינו פרויקט–מחקר איסופי אודות הסצינה הנסיונית הפעילה במוזיקה הישראלית בין השנים 2016-17. במסגרת 60 המשדרים שהוקלטו ושודרו חי מרדיו חאלאס, נפגש המלחין ועורך הרדיו, ד“ר אופיר אילזצקי, עם עשרות פעילים/ות המזוהים/ות עם הסצינה הנסיונית בישראל; רובם/ן הגדול מתחום אמנויות הסאונד. בשיחות עם האמנים/ות, ותוך הזמנת קטעים מקוריים פרי עטם/ן, ביקש הפרויקט לתהות על קנקנה של המוסיקה הנסיונית בכלל, וזו הישראלית בפרט. המפגשים ניסו לא רק לשרטט קווי מתאר עבור כל אורח/ת, אלא גם לייצר נרטיב מתמשך הממקד בכל מפגש את שאלות היסוד. מאידך, ישראל הנסיונית, המחקר הראשון מסוגו בישראל ובעולם, אינו מתיימר לענות על שאלותיו המרכזיות, אלא לשמש “צילום מסך” של סצינה נסיונית בתקופת זמן ממוקדת. ככזה, מאפשר המחקר שיח עמוק, מודע ומפותח יותר בקרב הפעילים, אך בנוסף לכך מהווה פתח למחקר השוואתי עתידי, אשר עשוי להתמקד בנושאים דומים או משיקים.

Experimental Israel is a research project of the Israeli experimental music scene active between 2016-17. In its 60 broadcasts, recorded live from the halas.am studio, composer and radio producer – Dr. Ophir Ilzetzki, met with scores of practitioners identified with the Israeli experimental scene; predominantly sound artists. Through interviews with, and dedicated commissions from the featured artists, Experimental Israel attempted to trace the outlines of the genre at large, and its Israeli manifestation in particular. Each session attempted not only to draw the contour of a featured artist, but also to focus the main research questions. However, Experimental Israel, the ever first archive of its kind, does not beg definitive answers to its main queries, but rather functions as a snapshot in time, allowing a more knowing and aware conversation amongst practitioners. More so, it prompts future comparative researches on similar or related topics.

Extensive collaboration with choreographer Maya M. Carroll since 2006. In 2011 they formed The Instrument, with which they have made seven pieces and toured extensively
KK Null or Kazuyuki Kishino was born in Tokyo in 1961 and started his music carrier already in early 1980s. He still actively travels the world as guitarist, electronic and noise musician, singer and composer. KK Null has issued more than 100 albums and played more than 600 concerts, including collaborations with such artists as John Zorn, Steve Albini, Otomo Yoshihide, Boredoms, Merzbow, Fred Frith, Keiji Haino, Jon Rose, and many others.
KK Null opens the Japanese concerts line-up of Auris Media. The next event, already in November 2015, will feature the famous sax player Kazutoki Umezu, and the next year is planned to present in Israel Otomo Yoshihide and many more
